Initial Contact

Reach out to us by email or filling our the Contact Us form to get started.

New Client Phone Call

We will contact you to schedule a phone interview. During this call we will go over the needs of both you and your pet(s) and answer any initial questions you might have.

Client Portal Setup

You will receive an activation link from our client portal, "Time to Pet". This platform allows you to update your information, add pet details, request services, and handle payments with ease.

Complimentary Meet & Greet

We will come to your home where we can get to know you and your pet in the comfort of your own space.

Lifelong pet lovers and caregivers

Our journey began at a local veterinary clinic, where two passionate individuals came together. Bonded by our love for animals and dedication to serving their families, we shared countless experiences—celebrating joyful moments and navigating challenges.

It became clear that we wanted to do more than just care for pets; we wanted to create a nurturing environment where every pet feels like family. Fueled by our dreams of independence and a desire to positively impact our community, we decided to start a new adventure together.

Thus, L.E.Mon-Aide Pet Services LLC was born. Our mission is simple: to treat your pets like our own, providing the love, attention, and care they deserve. We believe every pet deserves a safe and joyful experience, and we are committed to being your trusted partner in their well-being.

We love that not only are they adept at giving her her medication and monitoring her for signs of seizures between visits, but they genuinely want to make friends with our little gremlin. That means a lot to us! We also love the updates (and the humor) and the pictures and videos that Lexi and Emma send. It’s great to get to see and hear about our cat’s adventures while we’re gone.

She is so compassionate and responsible, and she truly has a special connection with and understanding of our dogs. We first met Emma at our veterinarian's office. She was great with our anxious dog, so when I mentioned that we were traveling and looking for pet-sitter recommendations, it was a no-brainer when she said she could do it. Emma went above and beyond (truly going the extra mile for the anxious pup) and happily cared for our two dogs, fishtanks,  multiple lizards, tarantula, and flock of backyard chickens. She was the first person who isn't family (or practically family) that we trusted our managerie to, and she set the bar so high, we just call her first anytime we need a pet-sitter. Recently we decided to go on a last minute extended weekend. I figured that it was a long shot, but I messaged Emma. By luck, she had had a last minute cancelation and could squeeze us in. I was so relieved! It was such a huge weight of my mind to know they would be loved and well-cared for while we were gone. Just got home, and the pups appear to have had a lovely time without us. Five paws up from Aspen and Nala. Quite simply, Emma is the best.

She sent detailed updates with tons of photos, made sure they ate and got their meds, played and snuggled with them, and even cleaned up the house. To start, they take thorough notes about the care you want for your pet, including their schedule, habits, likes/dislikes, quirks, etc.  When they are with our dog, they take him on long walks/runs, take him to parks, give him treats, and give him lots and lots of love.  He gets so much attention and fun - and they send us updates and pictures every day!  In addition, they have both worked at veterinary practices - so if any health issues were to arise with our dog, they would be on top of it.  They also take lovely care of our home.  When they are staying with our dog, we don't worry for one second because we know he is getting amazing care and love - it gives us such peace of mind when we go out of town. Stella is famously wary of strangers so I was worried about new people to introduce her to but Lexi took time to sit and talk with her and try to make her feel comfortable while Stella gave her some spicy attitude. Having an in person meeting with Lexi and Emma before I left town made me feel super comfortable and the thoughtful updates after all the visits made me confident that Stella was being well taken care of (much to her dismay). We have two large, very sweet but quirky dogs who can be a lot to handle and also picky with who is around.  Both Nora and Hawkeye fell in love with Lexi and Emma immediately. Sent me photo & video updates multiple times a day (I now have a collection of amazing images of my little guy).  And when he got sick because of being anxious about me leaving, she promptly alerted me and we made a decision to take him to the vet in a timely manner. I came back to a clean and organized house and a very happy cat. I highly highly recommend this company to you if you are looking for quality pet care.
