New Client Phone Call
We will contact you to schedule a phone interview. During this call we will go over the needs of both you and your pet(s) and answer any initial questions you might have.
Client Portal Setup
You will receive an activation link from our client portal, "Time to Pet". This platforms allows you to update your information, add pet details, request services, and handle payments with ease.
Complimentary Meet & Greet
We will come to your home where we can get to know you and your pet in the comfort of your own space.
