What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Denver, CO areas and surrounding neighborhoods including: Golden, Fairmount, Arvada, Berkeley, N. Washington, Park Hill, Central Park, NW Aurora, Aurora Highlands, High Point, Foxfield, Stonegate, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Sterling Ranch, Roxborough, Ken Caryl, Dakota Ridge, Morrison, Genesse. Travel fees may apply.

How do I schedule a service?

You can easily schedule a service through our website’s booking form, contact us directly via email, or use the Time to Pet app. We recommend booking in advance, especially during holidays or busy seasons.

Do you offer same-day services?

Same day services may be available depending our schedule. Please contact us directly to check availability. 

How do you keep my home sercure during your visits?

We take your home’s security seriously. We will lock up each day and night, collect mail, water plants and ensure that your home is in the same condition as when you left. 

Can you provide updates on my pet during services?

Absolutely! We can send updates via text, email or through our booking platform Time to Pet. Updates can include photos and detailed notes about your pet’s day.

What if my pet's routine changes during services?

We are flexible and can adjust to your pet’s changing needs. Just notify us of any changes before the service begins, and we’ll make sure to accommodate them.

What are your qualifications?

Our team has extensive experience working in veterinary clinics and the pet care industry. We have the knowledge to handle pets with special needs and provide high-quality care.

How do you handle aggressive or anxious pets?

We take a gentle, patient approach to handling pets with specific behaviors. If your pet has specific behavioral needs, please inform us during the booking process so we can plan accordingly and make accommodations as needed.

Why do you require a meet and greet before booking?

We know that no two pets are the same, and every household has its own unique rhythm. This meet and greet allows us to get to know your fur babies in their own environment, learn their quirks, favorite toys, and what makes them feel secure. Whether its belly rubs, a special treat, or extra cuddles, we want to make sure we’ve got it just right! For you, its a chance to meet us in person, ask any questions, and see firsthand the love and care we’ll provide.

How do I pay for services?

All appointments and payments are made through the Time to Pet app. Payment is due based on the deposit and balance schedule outlined in our policies. We also offer package deals for recurring clients.

What pets do you care for?

We care for cats, dogs, small animals, birds, and exotic pets. If you have a more unique pet, feel free to reach out to see if we can accommodate their needs.

Are you trained in pet first aid and CPR?

Yes! All team members are trained in pet first aid and CPR. This training ensures we can handle minor injuries and emergencies while providing the best care possible for your pet. We are prepared to take swift action if any health-related incident arises during our time with your pet.

How do you handle pets with special medical needs?

We are experience in caring for pets with special medical needs, such as administering oral medications, insulin injections and other treatments. During the meet and greet, we gather all necessary information about your pet’s medical needs, including the type of medication, dosage and schedule. We will also ensure that all medications are stored properly and given according to your instructions.

What safety measures do you take when walking dogs?

Safety during walks is a key priority. We. use sturdy, secure leashes and avoid high-traffic areas where your dog could be at risk. If your pet is anxious or reactive to other animals, we will adjust our route to ensure a calm, stress-free environment.

What vaccinations are required for my pet to receive services?

For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that your pet is up to date on core vaccinations such as rabies, distemper, and parvovirus. If your pet is medically exempt, we do ask that you are able to provide us with a written document of this.
